All
products that are in stock when we receive the order will be processed
within 2 business days, Monday through Friday (does not include UPS
transit times). Due to the popularity of Muck Boot™ products we try to
ensure appropriate inventory levels at all times. However, if we are
temporarily out of stock or are unable to fill your order regardless of
the reason we will contact you immediately via email with the estimated
ship date of your order, or with a suggested substitution. Please keep
in mind certain times of the year (i.e. peak season, holidays, etc.) may
effect items in transit. If you need your order within a certain time
frame you MUST use an express shipping option to guarentee delivery.
We offer FREE
UPS regular ground service within the 48 Continental United States for ALL orders. Other shipping methods are available in the continental U.S.
which include UPS next day air, UPS second day air or UPS Saturday
delivery. Every attempt will be made to ship Express orders placed prior
to 12:00 noon EST on the same day. If you prefer any shipping method other than UPS regular ground service please notify us via email at with your request. We will then notify you of the ship date and the extra charges that will be billed to your credit card. Due to the added expense for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii there will be a flat shipping rate of $30.00 for each shipment. All orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped U.S. Postal Service or UPS via standard ground method. We
do not ship to a PO Box via UPS. Also, we are not responsible for
shipping delays on the part of UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.
Any order paid for with a E-Check through PayPal will not be shipped
until the check has cleared, which normally takes 3-7 business days,
regardless of shipping method .
